His career has been rooted in high-performance commercial and mission-critical environments, where disciplined processes and technical precision are essential. That experience shaped the foundation of CPC, a company built to protect uptime, performance, and long-term system reliability. Jason remains actively involved in mentoring the team and maintaining the high standards required in critical cooling environments.
